  2. 2 largeripe avocados
  3. 1 cupsour cream
  4. 1 cuplight cream
  5. 1 tbspgrated onion
  6. 1 dashcayenne
  7. 1 tspsalt
  8. 2crushed garlic cloves
  9. 2 tbsplemon juice
  10. Salad
  11. 4 headbibb or romaine lettuce
  12. 16strips crisply cooked thick bacon

    to prepare the dressing place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.

  2. 2

    to prepare the salad, place ice cold lettuce into cold bowls, add 2 tblsp. of dressing and crisscross two pcs. of bacon on top
