  • 2 largeripe avocados
  • 1 cupsour cream
  • 1 cuplight cream
  • 1 tbspgrated onion
  • 1 dashcayenne
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 2crushed garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsplemon juice
  • Salad
  • 4 headbibb or romaine lettuce
  • 16strips crisply cooked thick bacon

    to prepare the dressing place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.

  2. 2

    to prepare the salad, place ice cold lettuce into cold bowls, add 2 tblsp. of dressing and crisscross two pcs. of bacon on top
