Ingredients

  1. 5 cupmushrooms
  2. olive oil
  3. 1/2 tspcayenne pepper
  4. 4 tspgarlic
  5. dashblack pepper
  6. 1/2 cupBeef stock
  7. 1chopped parsley

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat olive oil in pan.

  2. 2

    Add mushroom, cayenne pepper and garlic to pan and sauté for 3 minutes.

  3. 3

    Add beef stock and black pepper and cook for 5 minutes.

  4. 4

    Serve and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
