  2. 1 largeSweet Onion
  3. 4 mediumSweet oranges
  4. 1Season as you always do

    oven 350

    I would suggest that you marinade this over night

  3. 3

    season your meat. chop and put onions and oranges on tha shoulder

  4. 4

    Either use oven or Grill untill juices run clear

  5. 5
