  3. 1olive oil
  4. 1garlic and cumin
  5. 80 gramswhole spelled flour
  6. 50 gramspotato

    boil soy beans and potato

    mix flour garlic and sesame with the boiled beans

    form burgers with the compound and cook in a pan or in the oven (200 degrees) until they become golden outside. Drizzle with olive oil, sesame, cumimo and parsley to taste.
