Steps

brown beef in large pot or deep pan
- 2
add onion soup mix and water. cook on med-high until boiled
- 3
turn down to simmer until most of the water is evaporated.

in separate pot cook noodles to desired consistency.

mix corn starch with water in small bowl and add to beef mixture to thicken sauce
- 6
remove beef mixture from heat and add sour cream.

add paprika to taste.

serve ontop of noodles.
