It is a healthy breakfast dish of egg and onions. It can be served with chapati (flat bread) or rice.
Steps

Put vegetable oil in pan. Take pan with heavy base.

Put chopped onions in the oil and cook the onions until the become light pink.

Add 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder and one to two teaspoon red chili powder as per the taste.

Cut around 100 gram coriander and put that into pan. Stir the mixture.

Now break the eggs in the pan and let it cook on low heat for about 3-4 minutes. While cooking put lid on the pan.

Once the base is cooked turn the mixture upside down and let it cook for another 2-3 minutes on high heat. Put the lid on again.

Turn the stove off and serve it with chapati or rice.
