Ingredients

  1. 2pork loins
  2. 1Bell pepper
  3. 1/2 bagof frozen wook vegetables
  4. 1 cancoconut milk
  5. 75 mlcream
  6. 1black pepper
  7. 1chili flakes
  8. 1salt
  9. 1vegetable oil for frying
  10. 1leek

  1. 1

    Cut the bell pepper and the leek in pieces

  2. 2

    dice the pork loins and fry them in some oil in a working pan (I'm sure a frying pan is fine too). Season the meat as you desire with salt and pepper.

  3. 3

    remove the meat from the pan and put the vegetables in.

  4. 4

    when the vegetables is about done, add the meat an some chili flakes.

  5. 5

    Add coconut milk and cream and let boil on low heat for a few minutes

  6. 6

    As a suggestion, serve with rice and a salad.
