Wash chicken and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Let stand for about 2 hours.

Deep fry the chicken in vegetable oil.

In a large pan, add olive oil, sliced onion, sliced green pepper and let it simmer until onions begin to turn golden in color.

Add small can of tomato sauce, Red Hot to taste, and the fried chicken.

Add white wine or beer. Cover and simmer for about 20 minutes on medium heat.

Serve with mash potatoes.
