  11. 1Chilli Flakes
  12. 1Cumin
  13. 1Salt
  14. 1Bay Leaf

Steps

  1. 1

    Brown beef, onion, capsicum & garlic

  2. 2

    Drain

  3. 3

    Pour into slow cooker on low heat

  4. 4

    Add all remaining ingredients

  5. 5

    Season to taste

  6. 6

    Cook in low for approx 4 hours
