  • 1prickly pear cactus fruit
  • 1 cupkale
  • 1/4 cupblueberries
  • 1/2banana
  • 1/3 cupmilk
  • 1/3 cupjuice

    remove outer layer of prickly pear and cut into small pieces

  2. 2

    Put ice in blender first so everything eles can blend first

  3. 3

    add everything eles and blend until complete
