Ingredients

2 cupRaw rice
1 cupChopped green onions
1/3 cupChopped parsley
1/4 cupOil
1 1/2 tbspWorcestershire sauce
2/3 cupChopped bell pepper
1/4 tspSalt
1/4 tspPepper
4 cupHOT water
6Chicken bouillon cubes

Steps

Wash rice. Combine all ingredients.

Put into a 2 quart, tightly covered casserole dish.

Bake without stirring for 45 minutes in a 350°F oven.

Let it sit for a few minutes, as seasoning stays on top.
