  1. 1 lbchinese longbean
  2. 5 clovegarlic
  3. 10 cloveshallot
  4. 3red chilli
  5. 250 gramsground beef
  6. 1 tbspfish sauce
  7. 1 tbspdark soya sauce
  8. 2 dashchinese wine
  9. 2 dashlight soya sauce
  10. 3 dashsesame oil
  11. 100 gramsginger
  12. 500 mlcooking oil

Steps

20 mins
  1. 1

    cut long bean into julienne and wash it

  2. 2

    cut all garlic and shallot into thiny sliced

  3. 3

    cut ginger and red chilli into julienne

  4. 4

    preheat the cooking oil in frying pan

  5. 5

    deep fried all the longbean and drained it

  6. 6

    in the frying pan, add 2tbs cooking oil

  7. 7

    add all the garlic, shallot, ginger, and red chilli

  8. 8

    add ground beef, cook it until the color change to brown

  9. 9

    add fish sauce, chinese wine and sesame oil

  10. 10

    add all the long bean that allready fried

  11. 11

    mixed it together, add dark soya sauce and light soya sauce

  12. 12

    don't forget to add salt and peper to taste

  13. 13

    mixed it well and place into big plate to served

There's some Sichuanese people that run a flower bouquet stand at the farmer's market. They were selling longbeans this weekend and I made this recipe, along with black bean eggplant and heirloom tomato egg. Very tasty!
