  • 1 cupsoaked moongdal
  • 2green chilli
  • 2"ginger
  • 1/4 tsphing
  • 1/4 tspciba Kashmiri Mirch
  • 1 tspciba egg masala
  • to tasteCiba salt
  • 1 &1/2curd
  • 3/4 tspEno fruit salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Grind moongdal with ginger,green chilli& heeng

  2. 2

    Beat properly with the help of palm &keep aside for 15mnts

  3. 3

    Add Eno fruit salt &steam them

  4. 4

    Beat the curd &make smooth

  5. 5

    Arrange cocktail idali in a bowl

  6. 6

    Pour curd

  7. 7

    Sprinkle ciba salt
