Peel the skin of potatoes and in a water bowl mash them with ur fingers..so that pcs also remain,roughly mashed ones we need.

In a pan add oil and add methi leaves and saute for 6-7 mins.

Than add ginger garlic paste and onion..cover it cook on low flame till onions transparency stage.

To this than add all the green leafy veggies retaining some coriander for garnishing at last.Let the leafy veggies becum soft and colr changes add tomato puree and cook till oil leaves sides of pan.

Add all the spices and saute..add roughly mashed potatoes..cover with lid and cook for 10- 15 mins.

Garnish with coriander and serve with poori's it tastes goid with pooris.
