Sab se pehle aik cooker me thoda sa paani daal ke gajar mattar daana or shimla mirch or colour daal kar boil kar le achee se.

Then aik kadahi me butter daale aur fir usme onion bhunnee ache se.

Fir tmatar add kree then ache se bhunne jab tak ghee chodne na lage masala fir usme boiled sbjiyaaa or boiled aloo daal kar acheee se mashhhh karein.

Saare mixture ko paste bnaa le ache se saari sbjio ka fir usme paavbhaaji masala add karein.

Swaad anusar salat add karein achee se paani daal kar patlaa kreee or achee se bhunnneee then hari dhaniyya se garnish kreee aur nimboo juice daale.

Apki bhaaji ready hai
paav ko butter ke saath taweee par acheee sekee then garamgaramserve kreee bhaaji ke saath !!!!!
