1 largesliced onion
1breadcrumbs

Trim fat from pork

Dip pork in lemon and breadcrumbs

Brown pork in oil
4

Add onion placing on top of pork
5

Add remaining lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

Simmer covered on low 30-45 minutes flipping after 20 minutes. Add water if needed
