For Your Little Princess! Soy Milk Sakura Japanese-Style Milk Crepe

I wanted to make some Japanese-style sakura soy milk sweets for my little doll.
I reduced the amount of kinako soy flour by a little more than half for myself, but please feel free to adjust it to suite your tastes. Recipe by Kanapo-n

Steps
- 1
I used sakura soy milk.
- 2
Place the soy milk into a microwave safe container, and sift in the cake flour
- 3
Microwave 1 1/2 minutes. Be careful not to let it splatter!
- 4
Keep an eye on it while microwaving until it turns into a creme after that. It will harden a bit when it cools.
- 5
Please swap out about 20-50% of the crepe batter from your favorite crepe recipe with kinako soy flour. Please see helpful hints.
- 6
Cook the crepe.
- 7
Spread out the creme, and stack up the crepe. Spreading out the creme a bit will help it stack up better.
- 8
Wrap in plastic wrap in order to keep it from drying out, and let it sit.
