1/4 cupsugar
1/2 tspcardamom powder
1water
250 gramspumpkin chopped
1/2 cupcoconut milk

Put the pumpkin in a pot and add water to just cover the pumpkin.

Pour in the sugar and cardamom and just mix a bit.

Cook for 15 to 30 minutes and when the water is almost dried out add the coconut milk.

Stir in low heat to thickness and serve with uncrusted bread.
