Nutrela soya chunks ko hot water me soak karenge for 15 minutes

Then squeeze the soya chunks and grind it. Jitna small grind karna chahe utna hi karein.

Then heat oil in a pan. Add chopped onion and saute it till golden brown.

Add chopped tomato and saute it. Add salt, red chilli powder and saute it. Jab tak tomato soft na ho jaye.

Add grind soya chunks. And fry it for some time.

Finally add garam masala and coriander leaves.

Serve it with roti or lachcha paratha.
