Ingredients

1 1/3 cupevaporated milk
1/2 cupcooking oil
3eggs
1 cupshredded cheese
2 tspsalt
1/4 tsppepper
3 cupcooked long grain rice
1/4 smallonion, minced
1/2 smallcarrot, minced
10 ozspinach, chopped
2 cupparsley, minced

Combine milk, eggs, and oil well

Add remaining ingredients and mix well

Pour into greased crock pot

Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours

Stir after first hour of cooking

Double recipe for 5 quart model
