Ingredients

30 mins
  1. 1 1/3 cupevaporated milk
  2. 1/2 cupcooking oil
  3. 3eggs
  4. 1 cupshredded cheese
  5. 2 tspsalt
  6. 1/4 tsppepper
  7. 3 cupcooked long grain rice
  8. 1/4 smallonion, minced
  9. 1/2 smallcarrot, minced
  10. 10 ozspinach, chopped
  11. 2 cupparsley, minced

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Combine milk, eggs, and oil well

  2. 2

    Add remaining ingredients and mix well

  3. 3

    Pour into greased crock pot

  4. 4

    Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours

  5. 5

    Stir after first hour of cooking

  6. 6

    Double recipe for 5 quart model
