Ingredients

  1. 4 tbspbutter
  2. 2 1/2 lbchicken
  3. 1 largegreen pepper
  4. 1 packageshot peppers
  5. 1 largeonion
  6. 2 cupwater
  7. 2chicken bouillion
  8. 1 cuptomatoe sauce
  9. 1/2 pintsheavy cream
  10. 1crushed red pepper
  11. 1/2 cupblack olives
  12. 1 lbrigatony

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In large pot melt butter, add chicken

  2. 2

    Cook chicken until it turns white

  3. 3

    Add peppers and and onions cook 5-7 minutes...salt and pepper to taste

  4. 4

    Add water, bouillion, tomatoe sauce, heavy cream, pepper flakes

  5. 5

    Bring to a boil, cover and simmer 20 min.

    Add olives and simmer 5 minutes

  7. 7

    In bowl, mix 3-5 tbsp of corn starch and cold water

  8. 8

    Add to sauce and stir until thick

  9. 9

    Stir in cooked pasta
