  1. 1Chicken Breast
  2. 1 canTomato Paste - 6oz
  3. 1Onion
  4. 1 canChipotle - small
  5. 1Tostadas
  6. 1Toppings (lettuce, cheese, sour cream)

Steps

25 mins
  1. 1

    Boil chicken breasts - half way

  2. 2

    Cut onion as thin as possible

  3. 3

    Shred chicken - not too small

  4. 4

    Blend 2/3 the can of paste and half the can of chipotle

  5. 5

    Add chicken, onion and sauce to a pan and put on a simmer - add small amounts of broth if too thick

  6. 6

    Serve when done
