Preheat oven 350°F

make cake by beating the butter and brown sugar with electric mixer until smooth. Add eggs, ginger, vanilla, orange extract, and salt and beat well. gradually mix in flour and baking powder until smooth. Add white chocolate and cranberries, mix with wooden spoon. Pour batter into a buttered 9 x 13 inch baking pan. spread batter evenly with spatula. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until cake is lightly brown on top. Allow cake to cool.

Make frosting by combining the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, orange extract, and vanilla in a bowl with an electric mixer until smooth. When cake is completely cool, use spatula to spread frosting on top of cake.

Sprinkle 1/4 cup of chopped dried cherries over frosting on cake.

Drizzle white chocolate over the cake

Let chill for a couple hours. Cut lengthwise through the middle. slice cake across 3 times making a total of 8 rectangles . slice each of those rectangles diagonally making 16 triangular slices.
