1 canTomato Paste - 6oz
1Onion
1 canChipotle - small
1Tostadas
1Toppings (lettuce, cheese, sour cream)

Boil chicken breasts - half way

Cut onion as thin as possible
3

Shred chicken - not too small
4

Blend 2/3 the can of paste and half the can of chipotle
5

Add chicken, onion and sauce to a pan and put on a simmer - add small amounts of broth if too thick
6

Serve when done
