Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 cuphoney
  • 1/4 cupketchup
  • 1 cuphoney
  • 1/4 cupketchup
  • 1/2 cupsoy sauce
  • 1/2 cupsoy sauce
  • 1/2 cupdiced onion
  • 2 tbspolive oil
  • 1/2 cupdiced onion
  • 1/4 tspred pepper flakes
  • 2 tbspolive oil
  • 1rice

Steps

  1. 1

    In a medium bowl, mix all other ingredients together & pour over chicken.

  2. 2

    Cook on high for 2 hours. Remove chicken & cut into bite sized pieces. Put all chicken back in the crock pot. Cook for additional hour.

  3. 3

    Serve over rice.

  4. 4

    Season each side of chicken lightly with salt & pepper; place chicken in bottom of crock pot
