I was watching a kdrama, they were eating Sweet Potatoes, I couldn't take my mind off them and then I decided to make them :D

I was watching a kdrama, they were eating Sweet Potatoes, I couldn't take my mind off them and then I decided to make them :D

Preheat the oven to 220°C. Wash sweet potato with a lukewarm water + salt combo.

Cut into halves and wrap in foil.

Place the schweeet potatoes in the middle of the oven and bake on 220°C for 5 minutes, turn down to 180°C for 25-30 minutes.

Take potatoes out, prod with a knife to check its softness and if soft, leave out to cool. If slightly hard, put it back in for 5/10 minutes, depending on hardness.

Once the foil has cooled to the touch, unwrap the potato, pinch its skin and gently peel it off. Return the potato back into the foil to retain heat and allow easier handling. Open mouth and enjoy the schweeetnesss!
