Ingredients

1 hour 15 mins
3 servings
  1. 1 lbground beef
  2. 1 cupfrozen mixed vegetables
  3. 1 packagesbrown gravy mix
  4. 1 packagescheesy potatoes
  5. 1big onion
  6. 1salt and pepper to taste

Steps

1 hour 15 mins
  1. 1

    Brown ground beef & onion till done

  2. 2

    Add mixed vegetables.

  3. 3

    Add gravy mix and simmer for approx 15min.

  4. 4

    Put mixture in pie pan or other shallow pan approx 8-9in wide.

  5. 5

    Put potatoes over top.

  6. 6

    Bake in 350deg oven for 30-45 min.

  7. 7

    Let cool 10min and serve.
