Ingredients

  • 1 bowlblack urad
  • 1/4 bowlrajma
  • 4-5 tspbutter
  • 2tomatoes
  • 2-3 tsptomato pyuri
  • 1 tspchopped gigner
  • 2 tspkitchen king
  • 1 tspkashimiri red chilli powder
  • 1 tspcoriander powder
  • 1 tspgaram masala
  • 1 tspcumin seeds
  • 2 tspghee
  • To tastesalt
  • 1 tspmustard oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Daal or rajma ko overnight soak karke rakhe.

  2. 2

    Soak hone ke baad cooker me add daal -rajma,salt,ginger and oil daal Kar boil karein.

  3. 3

    Wok me oil garam kar cumin seeds daale,or chopped tomatoes ko daal Kar soft hone Tak pakaye.

  4. 4

    Ab isme tomato pyuri and sare masale daal Kar oil chodne tak pakaye.

  5. 5

    Ab boiled kiye daal add karein,ek boil aane par butter add karein.

  6. 6

    10 Minutes tak low flame par pakaye,serving bowl me serve karein.

  7. 7

    Naan ke sath serve karein.
