Heat oil in a wide pan or wok. Once the oil is hot put-in the garlic, onion and shrimp. Gently toss every few seconds.

Add the salt and pepper. Continue to toss for 1 minute.

Pour-in the lemon and lemon soda; stir and continue to cook until the liquid evaporates.

Transfer to a serving plate. Serve hot with white rice and enjoy!
