Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsSafed urad daal ya urad daal ki dhoyi
  2. 1/2 cupChane ki daal
  3. 1Onion medium size
  4. 1 spoonGinger garlic paste
  5. 1 spoonCoriander powder
  6. 1/3 spoonCumin powder
  7. 1/2 spoonCiba taaza Garam masala
  8. 1/3 spoonHaldi powder
  9. 1/3 spoonLal mirch powder
  10. tbspOil
  11. 1/2 cupCoriander leaves
  12. Salt as per taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Urad ki daal aur change ki daal ko alag -2 bartano mein raat bhar ke liye bhigo deijiye.

    Fir dono daal ko alag - 2 grind Kar lijiye. Urad daal ko thoda sa alag se le Kar isse hum bilkul thin Kar lengey jisse Hume gravy bhi banani Hai aur baki urad ki daal ko hum tight hi grind kareney.

    Ab karahi mein tel garam kijiye ismein pyaz ko hum fry karengey aur golden hone par thode se pyaz ko hum nikal Kar rakh lengey Jo ki hum garnish karne mein use karengey.

    Bache huye pyaz mein hum coriander powder, Lal mirch powder, haldi powder, garam masala, cumin powder aur ginger garlic paste daal Kar tell chod Dene Tak bhunengey.

    Iske baad hum adhe masale ko nikal lengey aur adhe masale mein hum Pani add karengey aur namak daal Kar high flame par rakhengey.

  6. 6

    Ab hum urad daal Jo humne tight grind ki thi lengey ismein chane ki daal, bhune huye masale Jo humne bacha liye the aur namak daal Kar Mila lengey.

  7. 7

    Ab iss daal ki bariya banate huye gravy mein dalengey yaad rakhiye bariyon ko gravy mein daalte samay gravy high flame par ubalti rahe. Bariyan dalte hi upar ki taraf tairne lagengi.

  8. 8

    Ab hum ismein thin karke grind ki huyi urad daal ko dalengey aur achche se chalate huye paka lengey.

  9. 9

    Isse bhune huye pyaz aur coriander leaves se garnish karengey.

  10. 10

    Isse jadatar chawal se Khana pasand Kiya jata Hai par aap chahein toh roti ya parathe se bhi kha sakte Hain.
