Ingredients

  1. 2 tbspBalsamic vinegar
  2. 2 tbspBrown rice syrup
  3. 1 tbspFreshly squeezed line juice
  4. 1/4 cupPlus 2 tbls EVOO
  5. 1 pinchCoarse sea salt
  6. 1 pinchFreshly ground black pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Which the vinegar, brown rice syrup, and lime juice together in a mixing bowl. Slowly whisk in the olive oil and season to taste with salt and pepper. Keeps well in a jar in the fridge for up to a week. Makes about 2/3 cup
