Heat oil in skillet over med hi heat, season roast with salt and pepper, brown the roast then transfer to slow cooker.

Dissolve the vegetable bouillon cube in the boiling water, pour into slow cooker. Mix the pepperoni, onion, black olives, garlic and tomatoes in the slow cooker.

Cook on Low for 6-7 hours.
