Ek baar boil kar ke malai nikala hua milk

Ab milk ko Phir se boil kar le aur Vinegar daal kar milk ko phad le. Thanda hone ke baad use white soft cloth mein chaan le aur 3 hrs tak 3-4 kg tak ke heavy weight se chena ko daba ke rakhe

Ab chena ko crush kar le at least for 5-6 mins. Ab halke haathon se chena ko rub karein(using your palm) 10mins tak

Chena se choti - choti goliyan bana le

Cooker mein sugar aur water daal de and heat it on full flame. Jab sugar puri tarah se mix ho jaye usme chena ki taiyar goliyan daal de aur cooker band karein. Full pressure aane ke baad low flame par 7-8mins tak cook karein and gas band kar le. Let it cool naturally.

Ab fully cooked rasogulla ko ek bowl mein nikale and rose essence mila kar serve karein.
