Combine all the rub ingredients together in a bowl.

Rub the pork shoulder with the rub. Be sure to get into the cracks and grooves.

Cook the Pork shoulder for 4-6 hours in a slow cooker on high.

Resever juices from the pulled pork and shread
- 5
In a pan combine sauce ingredients and heat until thick. Stir often to avoid burning the maple syrup.

Combine pulled pork with sauce and serve.
