Prepare noodles according to package.

In small bowl, combine ingredients for sauce. Soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger and black pepper (to taste).

Heat oil. Saute celery and onions 1-2 minutes. Add cabbage and saute for an additional 2 minutes.

Toss noodles, sauce mixture and veggies on med-high heat for 2-3 minutes.
