First make soft dough take a all purpose flour in a big bowl add ghee with the help of hand knead the ghee with all purpose flour then add warm water to make smooth and soft dough knead well and the dough is ready rest for 10 -15 min keep a side with cover the lid

Heat the oil in a pan add mawa saute till 90 to 120 second then remove in a plate and cool down for some time add cashew,almonds,raisan and chironji mix all the ingredients mawa mixture is ready

Then make sugar syrup heat the pan add water sugar and green cinnamon boil for 4-5 min in medium flame to make texture little bit sticky

Then afterwards take a small portion of dough make a flat roll then add fillings of mawa mixture in a center of roll cover with all side press with hand softly to make a medium size kachori

Then heat the oil in a kadai place the kachori deep fry in a medium flame for 8-10 min till the nice light brown colour

Take a plate place the kachori. In the center of the kachori 's make a hole and pour the sugar syrup and garnish with chopped green pistachios
