Palak Maggie
Steps

Firstly pluck the leaves of palak and wash it with water.

Drain all the water properly.

In a pan add these leaves and sprinkle some water and put it in low flame.

Cook it till it becomes mashy.

Take it out and let it cool. Add this into hand blender and blend it into smooth paste.

Take a pan boil water and add maggie.let it cook till it is done and turn off.

Now Take a pan add oil and palak paste to it till aroma goes off.

Then add boiled Maggie and masala and mix it well.

Cook it for 2 to 3 minutes and garnish with sev and chilli flakes.

Serve hot.
