Wash palak leaves and finely chopped it. Add aata and other ingredients and knead the dough.

Roll the parathas in round shape or any shape you want and fry it on the flat tawa from both the sides using oil/ghee.

Palak parathas ate ready to serve. Can use butter or white makhaan.
