Wash & cut properly

Boil with small piece of Jaggery, g&g,&few drops of mustard oil

Make puree

Take a pan add mustard oil crackle jeera and sabut mirch

Cook simmer flame for 20-30mnts

Add 1/2cup of fresh curd &Cook 10 mnts

Take a pan add butter saute tomatoes &jeera

Pour chhaunk on the sag

Take a bowl add Makka aata

Salt, onion, green chilli, reddish, ajwain &heeng

Add curd &make batter; rest for 10 mnts

Make cheela serve with sag homemade butter Jaggery & roughly crush onion..
