Ingredients

  1. 500 gmsaranso Ka saag
  2. 200 GMbathua, Methi, palak & chane Ka sag
  3. 1 tbchopped garlic
  4. 1 tspginger
  5. 1 tspGaram masala
  6. 3/4 cup fresh curd
  7. 2tomato chopped
  8. 1dry red chilli
  9. 2 cupmakke Ka atta
  10. 1 tbspfinely chopped onion
  11. 1Green chilli chopped
  12. 1 &1/2 tbsp raddish grated
  13. pinch heeng and ajwain
  14. as neededMustard oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash & cut properly

  2. 2

    Boil with small piece of Jaggery, g&g,&few drops of mustard oil

  3. 3

    Make puree

  4. 4

    Take a pan add mustard oil crackle jeera and sabut mirch

  5. 5

    Cook simmer flame for 20-30mnts

  6. 6

    Add 1/2cup of fresh curd &Cook 10 mnts

  7. 7

    Take a pan add butter saute tomatoes &jeera

  8. 8

    Pour chhaunk on the sag

  9. 9

    Take a bowl add Makka aata

  10. 10

    Salt, onion, green chilli, reddish, ajwain &heeng

  11. 11

    Add curd &make batter; rest for 10 mnts

  12. 12

    Make cheela serve with sag homemade butter Jaggery & roughly crush onion..
