Steps

Rinse the methi leaves well drain them completely.and chopped the methi leaves.

Add this to wheat flour and all the ingredients. Add water and make a dough.

Place the methi paratha on a hot tawa or griddle.
- 4
Press the paratha,edges with a spatula so that they get cooked.
- 5
Serve methi paratha hot with pickle or curd.
