preheat oven to 350°

Sprinkle 1tsp. each garlic,onion powder salt&pepper over entire turkey breast

Add 1c. white wine to bottom of casserole dish. Place bracket in bottom and Turkey on top cook about 1to 11/2 hrs.

Meanwhile get gravy ready.

In medium-lg skillet melt butter till slightly burned.

Add onion, bell pepper & jalapeño. Cook till tender

Add can of mushrooms juice and all & chopped garlic,simmer till reduced .

Add one c. white wine simmer till reduced slightly. Then add can off turkey gravy to that till mixed well and hot and bubbly

Add potatoes around out side of Turkey breast. Pour gravy over top potatoes and Turkey. Cover and finish cooking according to lb. amount approx. 2 1/2 hrs/ 3lbs. of breast
