Ingredients

  1. Crispy Masala Pav (buns)
  2. 4pavs
  3. 2 cupschpd coriander
  4. 3greenchilles
  5. 6-7 clovesgarlic
  6. 1 inchpiece ginger
  7. as per tasteSalt
  8. 2 tspamchur powder/lemon juice
  9. 1/4 tspred chilli powder
  10. 1 tspCoriander powder
  11. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  12. as neededwater
  13. 2 tbspoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Take coriander leaves, greenchilles, garlic and ginger and grind coarsely in chopper (donot make a paste)

  2. 2

    Now put this in a bowl add all spices water and little oil.
    Mix well.
    Slice each pavs into pieces
    Dip in masala and make sure to coat all pavs with green masala.

  3. 3

    Now heat a pan add oil and place these pavs evenly
    Let cook on medium high flame till crisy at the base
    Flip all carefully lower flame
    Cover and cook for 2 minutes.
    Cover and cook till crispy on other side too..
    Readyyy..😋

    Note:can add cheese or egg on one side..good for tiffin and as a snack..
