Steps

Take coriander leaves, greenchilles, garlic and ginger and grind coarsely in chopper (donot make a paste)

Now put this in a bowl add all spices water and little oil.
Mix well.
Slice each pavs into pieces
Dip in masala and make sure to coat all pavs with green masala. - 3
Now heat a pan add oil and place these pavs evenly
Let cook on medium high flame till crisy at the base
Flip all carefully lower flame
Cover and cook for 2 minutes.
Cover and cook till crispy on other side too..

Note:can add cheese or egg on one side..good for tiffin and as a snack..
