  • Palak ki roti ke liye
  • 1/2 cuppalak ka paste
  • 1 cupatta
  • 1tsp lahsun mirchi ka paste
  • as per tasteNamak
  • Stuffing ke liye
  • 1/2 cupgrated cabbage
  • 1/4 cupboiled peas
  • 1/4 cupgrated gazar
  • 1/4 cupgrated shimla mirch
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1tsp lahsun adrak paste
  • 1tsp barik kati mirchi
  • 1/2tsp garam masala
  • as per tasteNamak
  • Frankie ke liye
  • 4tsp tamatar ketchup
  • 4tsp chilli sauce
  • 1/4 cuplachha pyaz

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Atte me sabhi samgriyo ko mila ke naram atta gooth le.

  2. 2

    Goothe hua atte ko 10 minute ke liye set hone ko rakh de.

  3. 3

    Atte ke 4 bhag kar ke har bhag se patali rotiya bana ke sek le.

  4. 4

    Pen me garam tel me lahsun adrak mirchi ke paste ko fry karein.

  5. 5

    Ab isme sabhi sabjiyo ko dal kar 2 minute ke liye fry karein.

  6. 6

    Garam masala aur namak mila ke achhe se mix karein,stuffing tyar hai.

  7. 7

    Frankie ke liye, tamatar ketchup aur chilli sauce ko mila le.

  8. 8

    Palak ki roti ke upar 1 spoon sauce dalkar failaye.

  9. 9

    1 tbspoon stuffing ko dalkar failaye.

  10. 10

    Ab stuffing ke upar lachhe wale pyaz dale.

  11. 11

    Roti ko roll karein aur toothpick se band kar le.

  12. 12

    Green frankie ko tamatar ketchup ya garlic sauce ke sath serve karein.
