1onion, chopped
2garlic cloves, chopped
1carrot, grated
500 gramsmince
1 canchopped tomotoes
2 tbsptomato sauce
4 dashworcestershire sauce
1mixed herbs
gramsoil

Heat oil in pot

Fry onions, garlic and carrot with herbs for a couple of minutes

Add mince and brown
4

Add rest of ingredients and seasoning and simmer for half an hour
