1 lbdiced chicken breasts
1 jarof yellow curry sauce (I use Fresh & Easy's Korma Curry Simmer Sauce)
1pouch of Uncle Ben's Basmati rice
1tofu & mixed vegetables (optional)

Brown diced chicken breasts in hot cooking oil.

Add curry sauce and vegetables, then simmer 10-12 minutes or until meat is cooked thoroughly.

Serve over rice.
