Ingredients

5 to 10 mins
1 serving
  • 2Carrots
  • 1 bowlMethi
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1tsp Amchur
  • PinchGaram masala
  • 1Tomato chopped
  • 1 tsp Oil
  • 1/2tsp Jeera
  • 1/2tsp Hing
  • 1/2tsp Dhania powder

Steps

5 to 10 mins
  1. 1

    Chopped carrots in cubes.

  2. 2

    Chopped the methi leaves.

  3. 3

    Wash the methi leaves.

    Now take a pan.

    Add oil in it.

    Now put hing and jeera.

  7. 7

    After that put methi and gajar.

    Add salt, dhania and chilli powder

    Mix it.

    Now add chopped tomato.

    Cover it with lid.

    After 2 or 3 mins stirr it.

    Then again put the lid on it.

    After 4 to 5 mins add pinch of garam masala and amchur powder.

    Now it's ready to have it.
