Pre heat oven to 375

In small bowl mix flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon

In a large mixing bowl cream butter, brown sugar, and vanilla extract

Beat in egg

Slowly mix in flour mixture

Stir in raisins, oats, and nuts

Drop by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown

Remove from oven and let sit on pan for 2 minutes. Then remove to wire rack to finish cooling completely
