    Preheat oven at 300°F . In large roasting pan combine cereal and nuts. Set aside . In a 1 quart sauce pan combine brown sugar, corn syrup, and butter. Cook and stir over medium heat until butter is melted and mixture smooth. Pour over cereal mixture , stir gently to. Coat

    Bake for 30 min. Stir twice . Remove from oven. Spread mixture in single layer on a large piece of buttered foil. Cool. Break into pieces. Stir in chocolate goodies . Store in air-tight container for up to 3 days or freeze for up to a month
