This is a very simple and easy to make sabji!!!
Steps

Make a paste of ginger, garlic and green chilli and keep aside.

In a pan take oil and heat it. Add green peas slight water dry masalas and the ginger, garlic and green chilli paste and let it cook for some time.

Now add the pieces of potato and methi paste and salt to it.
- 4
Cook the sabji till the water part gets evaporated and potato & peas gets cooked properly.

Serve with roti or paratha!
